Ukokkei Ramen RON

Craving for some ramen? Fret not! You should try Ukokkei Ramen Ron. Ukokkei so far is one of the best ramen in town. Whether your bet is miso, shoyu (soy based) or Shio (salt base), don't you worry, they have it =).

My personal favorite would be the miso based ramen. Best time to go there would be lunch time since they have set lunch (but take note that a lunch set is per person and they have a no sharing policy). Lunch set during my last visit would cost 380 pesos. This is very affordable since a single order of ramen cost around 300-380 during dinner time. They have four set you can choose from. Here's the menu for the lunch set.
Super sulit to promise =), my personal favorite would be Set A since it has gyoza =)
From the site (if the picture is not that readable hehe)

Higawari Set

Set A :
Ramen, half chahan or Rice, Gyoza, Salad
Ramen, rice or fried rice(half-size), gyoza, and salad

Set B :
Sauce yakisoba, soup gyoza, onigiri, salad
Yakisoba(fried soba noodle seasoned with sauce), boiled gyoza, rice ball, and salad

Set C :
Half ramen, ramen, curry rice, gyoza, salad
ramen(half-size), curry rice, gyoza, and salad

I super love gyoza that's why I ordered the Set A. This set would have the Ramen, half chahan (fried rice) or rice, gyoza, and salad. yum yum! =)

Waiting time was okay. The food was served still hot, meaning freshly cooked. I can smell the ramen from a far as it being served on the way to our table by the friendy staff. The ramen broth is rich and so far the best miso ramen I ever had. The meat was so tender and superb. The noodles were cooked perfect. The bowl is huge and it seems that it can be shared really, I thought to myself this is too huge for just myself since I have chahan, gyoza and a salad, but was surprised after a couple of minutes, I was able to eat all of it. haha...

Set A, ramen (soup based on your preference), rice or fried rice, gyoza and salad... yummyness!

I'm getting excited to munch on this good stuff. Even my eyes are sparkling, haha! The bowl is huge and the ramen smells good can't wait to sip on the miso based soup.

misoooo yummy

Closer look of the salad...
The restaurant is simple, as expected there's the Japanese minimalist vibe in the place. The staff are accommodating and was able to assist the customers effectively. The restaurant is located in Arnaiz Ave,Makati City and they also have another branch in Tuscany,Upper McKinley Rd.,McKinley Hill,Taguig City.

I wasn't able to take many photos because I was starving and been craving for ramen for a long time. The chahan was sooo delish it matches well with the gyoza. Planning to have another a la carte for the gyoza but I was soo already full haha. I would definitely come back and will always recommend this to all who loves ramen and is in for a bountiful lunch!
