1. Your phone should have dark (NIGHT)  mode option.
2. Update your Instagram App
3. Make sure that your Dark Mode on your phone is switched on
4. THERE YOU GO, ENJOY 😍

P.S. If ayaw pa din do this...
1. Switch off mo the Night mode
2. Then launch your IG App
3. Then turn on your night mode
4. Restart kung ayaw pa din 😁

*** since my phone is already switched on to dark mode, as soon as I'm done updating the App, upon launching the IG app, ayun na hehehe. Enjoy!!!
