Kuppa Roastery & Cafe, BGC

Kuppa started as a small café in Bacolod city, in the province of Negros Occidental and eventually opened a branch here in Metro Manila located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. I'm honestly not a coffee aficionado but still I am very anxious to try out their food since they are getting good reviews with their delectable food line-up and of course their "kuppa" (cup'a) coffee which they manually brew into perfection. First of order is to try one of their pasta and what else to pair it out with but of course one of their pizza. They have several kinds of pasta and pizza, I ordered the classic carbonara and their signature pizza, the Cristina pizza.
The classic carbonara. Pasta with bacon, cream and egg sauce. (235 php)
Here's the Cristina pizza... This is Kuppa's signature pizza and is named after the owner's wife.

Cristina Pizza, made with mozzarella, balsamic reduction, gorgonzola, figs and grapes. (390 php)

For the main course we order the osso bucco for the beau and sauteed salmon for me.
This is braised U.S. beef shank with cheese risotto. This is one of Kuppa's specials. The serving of Osso bucco is very generous. The meat is so tender worth the price. (425 php)
Here's my salmon dish...
Sauteed salmon, big serving of salmon fillet, in cherry cream sauce (so yummy) with asparagus and mashed potatoes. (455 php)

Dessert would be the last but definitely not the least, we asked the friendly staff what's their must try and he suggested the matt's chocolate cake with gelato, we ordered it and I also added the choco peanut butter bomb since it catched my attention right away when we entered the café.

Matt's chocolate cake, this is their take on choco lava cake, please note to order it in advance because it will take about 10 to 15 minutes to be served. I promise you that this is worth the wait. (140 php)
The last one would definitely the best dessert ever, here's the choco peanut butter bomb.

ohhhhh this is sooooo yummy! I'm not a peanut butter lover but this one change my perspective hehe. It's been calling my attention from the moment we arrived at Kuppa, definitely a must try! (150 php)
If you happen to drop by Bonifacio global city, you should go and try Kuppa. It's a little bit pricey for the mains but I think this can be shared for two; the price is worth it though because you're getting a superb quality with the service, their coffee and the food.

Here's the address:
Ground Floor, Commercenter Building, 4th Avenue Corner 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
